Terms of Service

By accessing the Corbiz™ platform, users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The software, platform architecture, and associated technologies are proprietary intellectual property owned by Vorion Technologies. Users are granted a limited license to access and use the platform under active subscription agreements.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Corbiz™ platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, Vorion Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Corbiz™ platform solely for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

Corbiz™, including all software, algorithms, user interfaces, designs, and documentation, is the proprietary intellectual property of Vorion Technologies and is protected by patent, copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering of any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Users agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations.

5. Data Processing

By using Corbiz™, you authorize Vorion Technologies to process your data as necessary to provide the services. Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vorion Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Corbiz™ platform.

7. Modifications

Vorion Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
